How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 24–48 hours ahead for guaranteed availability, especially on weekends. Same-day slots open up regularly — check back if your preferred time is taken.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your appointment at no charge. No-shows may be subject to a rebooking fee at the barber's discretion.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome. Appointments get priority seating, but if a chair is open, we'll get you in. Weekday mornings and early afternoons are your best bet.
Can I redeem a gift card when booking?
Yes — gift cards are accepted in-shop and online. Note your gift card code in the Notes field when booking, or present it at the chair. Gift cards available at 1502 Calle Loíza or through The Shop.
